Exchanges at One Health

To exchange a One Health product, contact our customer service team at [email address]. We’ll assist you with the return process and arrange for a replacement

Easy Returns at One Health

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely pleased with your One Health purchase, you can return your unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure they’re in their original packaging. Note that opened or used items may incur a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be issued for online purchases made directly at [Website]. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased from other retailers.
  • Refunds will only be granted if the product is significantly damaged upon arrival. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return or request a refund

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice.
  • Clearly mark the items you wish to return for a refund on the invoice.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Faulty Items

We’re dedicated to providing top-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, please provide proof of purchase and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll inspect the product and, if confirmed faulty, offer a replacement, subject to availability, or issue a voucher or refund. Please note that delayed notification may impact insurance claims and eligibility for compensation.

If a product is deemed faulty, we’ll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a voucher or refund. You can expect a response to your faulty claim within 7 business days of the product’s arrival.

  • Include your original or a copy of your invoice with your return.
  • While we’ll do our best to resolve any issues, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
